Leider sehr renovierungsbedürftig

Pros: Die Lage war sehr gut, der Check-In Prozess war sehr leicht und die Gastgeberin wirklich sehr freundlich Cons: Leider fällt die Bewertung so schlecht aus, da die Wohnung sehr renovierungsbedürftig ist. Die Tapete bröckelt an allen Wänden ab, alle Wände sind verfärbt und müssten gestrichen werden, der Eingangsbereich und der Blick von der Straße sind sehr ungepflegt. Der Parkplatz ist eher eng. Das warme Wasser im Bad war leider nicht durchgehend vorhanden, die Auffüllung des Spülkastens dauerte zum Teil sehr lange. Die Küche ist eher schlecht ausgestattet. Die Küche und einige andere technische Geräte müssten modernisiert werden

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Gastgeberin freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in einfach und komplikationslos. Die Wohnung verfügte über alles, was man so braucht. Cons: An der ein oder anderen Stelle mūsste das Ein-oder Andere modernisiert werden. Aber insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt
