This apartment is our pearl, it is a house in the house with private entrance and extends over 2 levels (EC and 1. OG), • The living room has a large dining table, flat screen TV, comfortable seating area, bench • new fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. • 1 large shower room in the 1. Floor, guest toilet on the ground floor with toilet and urinal • 2 bedrooms with double beds in the EC • 2 bedrooms with double beds on the 1st floor • furnished terrace with 2 beach chairs, south-west facing, partly covered

The whole house was newly renovated and furnished in 2017. In total there are 7 apartments of different sizes. 5 apartments are equipped for 1-3 persons. They have a bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathrooms are completely new in friendly colors, the kitchens are also new and friendly furnished, of course with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator. Our largest apartment is actually a house in the house - for all those who like to live on holiday generous and travel with friends, a large family or several generations. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. 4 bedrooms, 1 shower bath in the 1st. OG, a toilet on the ground floor, brand new kitchen with large fridge and freezer, cozy living room, large southwest-facing terrace ... You need 3 bedrooms? Would you like to enjoy the beautiful view of the dike, the North Sea, sailors, crab crab and excursion boats?  Then our apartment Captain's Look-Out on the 2nd floor is ideal for you! They have the entire 2. OG for itself. A brand new built-in kitchen with everything you need, 4 new large Velux windows (with exterior blinds!) For a lot of brightness and vision, 2 bathrooms (one completely new). And the darling of our guests: the beautiful winter garden with a direct view of the dike. Do not forget your binoculars!

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung war groß und toll ausgestattet, alles an Geschirr und Töpfe auch für diese Größe vorhanden, die Außenanlage war ungepflegt

Eine geräumige, helle Wohnung! Schwachpunkte: Terrasse: Stühle sind beschädigt; das Holz der Überdachung ist verrottet. Ein Photovoltaikanlagen-Alarm schreckte uns in fünf Tagen zweimal auf. Die Eigentümern empfand das als hinnehmbar (kommt nur selten vor). Ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung!

Wir sind mit 3 Genarationen in der Fewo gewesen. Ausreichend Platz, dass jeder sich auch mal zurückziehen kann. Sehr schöne große Terasse mit Strandkörben. Die Lage ist für die Kinder zwischen 2 und 5 ideal gewesen.

Wir waren zu Fünft. Ursprünglich waren 8 Personen geplant. Für 8 Personen wäre eine zweite Dusche noch ganz nett. Für Fünf war es eher etwas zu groß - trotzdem sehr angenehm.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ganz toll. Der Wohn- Esszimmerbereich ist großzügig und sehr hell. Das es nur eine Dusche gab, war ja vorher klar, aber in der kleinen Gästetoilette hätten wir gewünscht, das zumindest etwas Ablagemöglichkeit gegeben hätte. Entäuscht waren wir über die Unsauberkeit der Wohnung. Verschiedene Mängel wurden auch durch mehrere Anrufe nicht beseitigt, wir wurden vertröstet und dann meldete sich keiner mehr. Abhilfe ist während unseres 4tägigen Aufenthalt nicht geleistet worden..

Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende in der Wohnung, leider war sie nicht sauber. Das eine Bett war kaputt und ein anderes Bett viel fast auseinander. Am Backofen haben wir uns verbrannt da die Klappe kaputt war. WLAN gab es nicht und den Kamin darf man nicht benutzen. Nur eine Dusche für ein Haus welches für 8-10 Personen gedacht ist. Alles sehr schade, denn die Lage des Objektes ist super.
