1-room apartment for non-smokers with separate entrance, ground floor • Combined living room with large south window and patio door • Living area with armchairs, shelf wall, satellite flat screen TV, dining area • Comfortable double bed, bedside tables with lamps and radio with CD player, wardrobe with Full length mirror, travel cot and highchair if required • Kitchen pantry with 2 hotplates, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and extensive household items such as pots and dishes. • New shower room / WC with sink, mirror cabinet and shelves, hairdryer • Screened south-facing terrace with awning and patio furniture • All windows and doors have exterior shuttersBed linen and towels can be rented as an extra.
