"We stayed here bc of the great location- 12 min walk to Guggenheim, 5 min to shopping and dining, easy to hop on the tram. We also loved the lovely room, very clean, and we reserved garage parking- very convenient. Safe and lovely area."

"The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people. "The hotel is located right in the heart of Bilbao on a large crossroads, making easy access to attractions and the Guggenheim museum. We were lucky enough to be upgraded, the room was spacious, nice sized bathroom and sat over the entrance. This made it a little noisy at night with passer by shouting but only disturbed our sleep a little. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The museum is the main attraction in the city, we also took a boat ride and travelled on the Funicular for fantastic views over Bilbao. "

"Had a lovely time staying at the NYX. The staff on the front desk were very helpful. Once we got settled we went out to the local plaza and did a tapas run. A very enjoyable overnight stay prior to getting our ferry back to England. We will certainly be back again."
