"Be aware that there are rooms below ground. The room had a window way high up that you could not see out of. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. I am very claustrophobic and only lasted a few hours before having a panic attack. There were no available rooms on regular floors with walls so I had to switch hotels. They were helpful when I needed a different hotel. Expedia needs to be more clear when a room is below ground during the booking process. Not sure if I will be refunded for...
