The Space:

Days at Solkis begin slowly. Pull back the sheer curtains as morning light filters through the living spaces, brew a coffee, and ease into the day before heading out to the beach, the golf course or Dunsborough's cafés. The open-plan living area naturally becomes the hub of the home, whether you're planning the day's adventures, curling up with a book or stretching out on the lounge for a movie in the evening. Nearby, the kitchen balances practicality with personality, where patterned tiles and generous bench space frame everything from leisurely breakfasts to shared dinners using fresh local produce. The adjoining dining table keeps everyone connected long after the plates have been cleared.



Beyond the main living space, three additional zones offer flexibility throughout your stay. A cosy media room with its own kitchenette creates the perfect spot for movie nights, keeping snacks and drinks close at hand. A separate lounge opens directly onto the backyard, making it a natural place to watch the kids play outside. There's also a home office providing a peaceful setting for catching up on work. Fire up the BBQ after a day exploring the coastline and settle in for an unhurried alfresco dinner. The fully fenced backyard provides a secure, private setting with room to spread out, while nearby walking paths and the neighbouring golf course invite you to explore at your own pace before returning home for the evening.



When the day comes to an end, each bedroom offers its own sense of calm. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an elegant ensuite with a standalone bath and twin vanities; the second bedroom offers a queen, while the third bedroom combines two bunk beds with a pull-out trundle to comfortably accommodate families. The family bathroom comes with both a bath and shower to reset after a swim, and a third full bathroom adds to your daily convenience.



With ducted heating and cooling, tandem parking, plus a washing machine, longer stays feel just as effortless as weekend escapes.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Start the day with coffee from Merchant & Maker, La Lah or Wild & Woods, browse the boutiques along Dunn Bay Road, then linger over lunch at Blue Manna or an evening of seasonal plates and wine at Lady Lola. The neighbouring golf course is moments away, while the calm waters of Geographe Bay are just a short drive or bike ride for swimming, paddleboarding and sunset walks. Venture further to explore the wineries, breweries and gourmet producers that have made the Margaret River region one of Australia's most celebrated food and wine destinations.



Getting Around:

Parking: Parking is available for two cars in the driveway.



Airport: 30 minutes by car.



Public Transport: 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.





Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.





School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.





Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Please note that infants must be included in your TOTAL guest count, in compliance with the city regulations and STRA licensing.
