The well-equipped kitchen features generous bench space and modern appliances, including an oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to an evening meal. Savour meals in the light-filled dining area or step outside to the covered patio, where comfortable seating, a BBQ and a nearby fire pit create an inviting setting to dine alfresco and enjoy the fresh coastal air from morning through to evening.
The home offers three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms across both levels. The primary bedroom is conveniently located downstairs and features a king bed, TV, split-system air conditioning and a private ensuite. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a double bed and split-system air conditioning. Positioned between the upstairs bedrooms, a cosy sitting area with a TV creates a separate space for movie nights, reading or quiet downtime away from the main living area. A second bathroom on the ground floor also includes a laundry area, adding extra convenience for longer stays.
With generous off-street parking for multiple vehicles and Dunsborough's beaches, cafés, boutique shopping and local attractions all within easy walking distance, the home offers everything needed for a perfect coastal escape.
Guest Access:

The stunning white sands of Geographe Bay are close by, perfect for a swim, sunset walk or paddle. Dugulup Brook runs nearby too, offering a peaceful spot for a quiet walk right on your doorstep.
In the evening, you're spoiled for choice with a great mix of pubs, wine bars and eateries in town, all walkable, so no need to worry about driving after dinner. Whether you're after a relaxed coffee morning, a beach afternoon, or a night out exploring Dunsborough's dining scene, everything you need is right around the corner.
Getting Around:
Most of Dunsborough's attractions are within easy walking or cycling distance, making it simple to explore the town without a car. If you're planning to visit nearby wineries, beaches or attractions throughout the Margaret River region, having a car is recommended.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Pet Policy:
This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.
