Jede Wohnung ist spartanisch mit Küchenutensilien eingerichtet und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. In einer der unteren Wohnungen besteht allesdings dringend Renovierungsbedarf, die Decke im Wohnbereich sowie in dem Doppelschlafzimmer ist feucht und der Putz rieselt runter aufs Bett, Nachtsschrank und Kamin.
