"This is another boutique Swiss Hotel. No air conditioning. And it was hot. They removed the bar fridge so we could not even keep some cold drinks. They claim of Eco reasons fails if you are hot and can not sleep. We could not stay in the room long so we spent more time down on the river where it was cooled. I would never book a hotel again with out air condition in the summer. And be careful of what you get from a Boutique hotel. Breakfast was limited. Wifi was a problem. They had limits on...

"Zimmer sind top. Frühstück ist der absolute Hammer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und weiss bei Fragen über alles Bescheid. Wellness ist sehr sauber sehr gut unterhalten, es stimmt alles. "

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "
