"Good communication with representative. There is not a reception desk as such but a security guard was expecting us and gave us the keys. Maintenance is slow but no major issues. Housekeeping gentleman was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment is comfortable, clean and modern with good view of Burj Khalifa. "Pullman downtown is a beautiful establishment with an excellent staff and it easy to find your way to places close by. The only problem was the washing basin was getting block every time we use the sink and a water dripping from the AC but everything else was fine. "
