Lots of trees and nature sounds. Very relaxing. This place would be great for a home base to enjoy the finger lakes region."

"If you are traveling with pets this is the place to stay! Nice, fully fenced, small yard. The place was casual and comfortable for the two of us. Check in and out was a breeze. Had all the comforts of home. Would def stay again."

"Unit was very clean and appeared newly renovated. Kitchen and appliances were new. Bathroom was new. We did not lack for much and the hosts supplied what we needed during our stay. Keep in mind the bathroom is on the second floor in case anyone visiting you there is unable to negotiate the stairs. Another caution is only one of the beds allows a tall person (6’ 2”) to let their feet hang off the end. We would stay here again."

The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."

"Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house."

"My family and I stayed her while in town for my son's graduation from RIT. When I pulled into the driveway, there were three large trash cans at the curb. Two were laying on the ground with trash scattered all over the lawn, curb and driveway. It wasn't the best impression. I reached out to the owner (or manager) and she responded very quickly and apologized and said she would call the garbage company to pick them up. The next morning the garbage truck came by but only picked up the can that was...

"Beautiful little home very convenient to seabreeze and surrounding area. Clean well taken care of home in nice area, walk across the street to seabreeze the lake, Irondequoit bay or just down the road to several restaurants or bars. Of course it’s Rochester so you can easily be anywhere within a few minutes, surprisingly no coffee shops within walking distance but zero complaints with this place, will definitely stay again if"
