We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. "Family reunion weekend Everything was great, host checked in with us several times over our stay to make sure all was well, which it was. Check in at welcome center took about 10 mins, which wasn't bad - and staff there were very friendly & helpful. Weather wasn't great, so we didn't go to the beach or pools, but kids had lots of fun kayaking & fishing. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, plenty of bath towels - everyone in our group was very pleased - would stay here again."
