We were greeted warmly at the door, and the hotel staff, Christine went over and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Professional, friendly, approachable and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located with various stores, restaurants & pubs along the street. Not noisy though, and we enjoyed a good rest and sleep at the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay. "Stayed 3 nights..The twin room is a bit small but the cleanliness is superb.. an extra small chair/table would make it perfect.The area is close to grocery stores. Just be careful of your belongings when using the nearest underground."

"The hotel location is excellent, just across subway station, markets, restaurants. 10 min walk to V&A museum. Coffee, tea and a cookie in the room. Hotel has elevator, friendly staff, water in the lobby.
