"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."

"Great location and very courteous staff. My husband and I enjoyed staying at our ocean view room. After traveling for 2&1/2 weeks, it was helpful to have the laundry room at the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool or the sauna on the day we were free because they closed it for the maintenance. Overall, we were satisfied staying at Grand Josun."

"clean room, awesome service, we had to switch rooms due to new reservations and the front desk staff notified us in the AM brought us the key and assisted us with the luggage. grateful for their service due to traveling with elderly parents with mobility limitations. locations is on point from every major attraction. highly highly recommend and definitely returning next year"

"Honestly this is a really great hotel for a night in Seoul. Within walking distance to Myongdong, busy market street below, loved this location! Smoking room (outside) on 5F which felt a lot safer than going down the street alone at night."

"Great view from the 26th floor! The breakfast was excellent, but it ended too early (9:30 am) The observation deck is a plus. They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals."
