Unit was like brand new and well furnished including the bathroom and cooking amenities. Host was helpful despite the language barrier. Location is convenient although not exactly pristine. Only negative factor was the basement area where garbage was thrown which was a little smelly. I am sure the host can improve on that.

편안한 숙박

가족여행을 처음하는거라 숙박예약에 신경을 많이 썼는데 생각했던것보다 너무 깨끗하고 편안하게 머무르다 쉬고 서울에 올라왔습니다 저희가 머무른 방은 부산역이 바로 보이는 뷰가 있어 야경이 무지 좋았어요

정말 잘쉬다갑니다.

여자친구와 처음떠난 여행이었는데 너무 잘 지내다가 갑니다. 부산자체가 처음이라 길을 잘 모르누데, 호텔이 역에서 가까워서 접근성이 편하고 관광지로 갈 수 있는 교통수단이 많아서 좋습니다. 또한, 호스터분이 잘 올 수 있도록 문자로 사진첨부해서 해매지 않게 도와주십니다! 근처에 편의점은 3곳이나 있고 조금 올라가시면 12시까지 하는 큰 마트도 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만, 주변에 외국인 분들이 많아서 낮에는 괜찮은데 밤에는 조금 무서웠습니다. 하지만, 호텔 시설은 정말 깔끔하고 방안에 식기도구,화장실,침구 등등 모두 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 잘 지내다 갑니다. 다음에 들릴 일 있으면 마리나 레지던스 재방문의사 100퍼센트입니다. 감사합니다.

우리 가족에게 딱 인 곳...‘편안함과 청결함, 근접성과 새로움’

서울 신도림동 5인 부산 가족 여행기. 남학생 중딩 하나, 여자 초딩 둘을 데리고 가는 여름 여행은 만만찮다. 애들은 들떠 있지만 부모는 고려해야 할 일이 적잖다. 특히 초딩 둘 여자애는 처조카다. 즐겁게 노는 것도 중요하지만 ‘건강, 안전, 행복’이 우선일 수밖에 없다. 물론 액티비티를 원하는 애들에 맞게 휴가 프로그램을 짜야 한다. 전국 여행의 경험도 많고 거의 매년 부산을 오지만 여전히 만만치 않은게 휴가이다. 전국의 좋은 여행지는 애들에게는 최악의 여행지인 탓이다. 아무리 경치가 좋아도 딱 10분 뿐이다. 재밌어야 하고, 본인이 몸으로 움직이지 않으면 그냥 스마트폰으로 고개를 쳐박는 탓이다. 일정표에 해수욕, 고기잡이, 워터파크를 기본으로 하고, 다시 먹방 여행도 잡아야 한다. 여자애들은 화장품과 옷가게 투어도 있어야 한다. 그래서 부산이다. 부산은 광안리, 해운대가 있고 자갈치시장, 깡통시장이 있다. 부산 서면과 국제영화제 거리가 있다. 조금만 나가면 김해롯데워터파크다. 여기에 태종대 유람선과 송도 케이블카(꼭 타봐야)가 있다. 우리가 갈 코스다. 여기에 맞는 숙소를 구하고 편안해야 한다. 작년에는 5명이 남포역 주변 모텔을 매일 매일 전전했다. 사람이 많아서 방 두 개를 빌려야 하거나 가격이 너무 쎄다. 무엇보다 짐을 풀고 싸는 일이 우리 부부에게는 예사 일이 아니다. 한푼이라도 아끼려다 보니 뉴스포티지 차량 짐칸이 짐으로 가득하다. 젊은 사람들은 이 어려움 절대 모른다. 그래서 올해는 처음으로 숙박앱으로 예약이다. 호텔스닷컴은 사람 숫자를 넣으면 맞춤형 숙소가 나왔다. 다른 곳은 커플 중심으로 보인다. 그런데 떡 하니 뜬 곳. 부산 마리나레지던스. 부산역 정면, 지하철 부산역 5번 출구에서 1분 거리다. 텍사스거리와 차이나타운거리에 있다. 애들은 이것도 이색적이라 매우 좋아했다. 중딩 아들놈은 일부러 저녁마다 나보고 나가 보자고 한다. 이곳에선 깡통시장이 지하철로 3구간이다. 깡통시장은 부산 오면 저녁엔 꼭 가봐야 할 야시장이다. 참고로 부산 지하철은 한 구간이 무지 짧다. 송도권역(태종대 유람선, 송도 스카이워크, 케이블카-무조건 타야) 15분, 해운대권역(광안리, 해운대, 해동용궁사) 30분, 서면과 자갈치시장 10분, 그리고 김해 롯데워터파크(오션월드보다 큼) 40분 거리이다. 이동 동선도 짧고 가는 길이 바다 위 대교가 적잖아서, 내려다 보는 부산항구의 모습이 색다르다. 저녁에는 세탁기 돌리고, 아침에는 햇반에 자장, 카레로 먹고...애들은 침대에 뒹글 거리며 TV보거나 스마트폰을 한다. 그리고 힘이 들 때 마다 숙소에 언제 돌아가냐고 묻는다. 편하고 안락하고 청결한 때문이다. 물론 모텔형과는 조금 다르다. 우리 옆 숙소에는 유모차를 가진 부부가 왔다. 러시아인, 중국인도 많고, 한국인 젊은이들도 많다. 11층 최신식 건물에 주차시설도 좋다. 매니저 겸 주인으로 보이는 한국인 남성과 러시안인 여성의 인상 좋음과 친절함도 한 몫한다.
