Absolutely stunning view of the entire beach from our room! Very comfortable and quiet hotel, and breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. Songdo Beach may not be the most convenient location in terms of transportation if you're sightseeing across the city, but we liked it much better than Haeundae because it's quiet and surprisingly un-touristy despite the cable car. It was perfect for a more relaxed second visit to Busan.

Loved our stay here. Some of the comfiest beds/bedding I found in South Korea. Right in front of Songdo beach. Walking distance to many coffee shops and places to eat. A convenience store right in the lobby. Washers and dryers available. I even had a little hiccup on the day of check out where I left behind an item in the room. Emailed them as soon as I realized my mistake and the staff responded right away and even helped me by packing the item and having it ready for a courier to pickup. Would definitely recommend and happily return if I was back in the area.

Quiet hotel infront of Songdo beach. Reception is on 3rd floor. My room was very spacious and clean. I had a city view but you can see see the ocean. Walkable to many attractions such as the Songdo cable car ride, Songdo cloud walk, and of course Songdo beach. I will stay here again next time I visit Busan!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich traumhaft – ruhige Umgebung, wunderschöne Aussicht und alles sehr sauber. Das hat mir auf Anhieb gefallen und sorgt definitiv für Erholung. Leider konnte der Rest des Aufenthalts damit nicht ganz mithalten. Das Personal wirkt sehr korrekt und professionell, aber irgendwie fehlt die Herzlichkeit – man hat eher das Gefühl, „abgefertigt“ als wirklich willkommen zu werden. Auch beim Service hatte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet: Für jede Zimmerreinigung wird extra Geld verlangt, was ich so bisher noch nie erlebt habe. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, aber sehr minimalistisch – keine kleinen Extras wie Zahnbürste, Hygieneartikel oder zusätzliche Toilettenrolle. Ich erwähne das, weil ich in einem anderen Hotel nicht nur eine tägliche kostenlose Zimmerreinigung hatte, sondern jedes Mal sogar ein kleines Willkommens-Kit mit allem Drum und Dran bekommen habe. Das hat hier leider komplett gefehlt. Fazit: Eine wunderschöne Lage und makellose Sauberkeit, aber der Service und die Ausstattung bleiben deutlich hinter dem zurück, was man bei diesem Preis erwarten würde. Schade, da das Hotel so viel Potenzial hätte.
