"This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...

"We stayed here for a couple of days prior to our cruise, and it was a great location for that. Check in was easy, although finding the door again can be tricky, look for the sign. One thing to note is that there is not a living/sitting room, we just sat around the dining table and chatted. Rooms are good sized ant the beds are comfortable. Better than a hotel room for a few nights, we'd stay there again."

"Old Genoa apartment is a fantastic place to stay, located in the UNESCO Listed Old Town, it's close to everything, except the new town. Walk to the train, the harbour, cafes & restaurants, funiculars pretty much anywhere of note that you'd like to go. There are 2 flights of stairs though which aren't mentioned, we are in our 60's and had 2 x 25kg cases to lift but managed it. "Room was one of the best I've stayed in. Simple with amenities but had all we needed and each thing was 10/10, especially the queen bed and the shower facilities. Location also is great, very close to a main Genoa train station, 20 mins walk from the Old Town & the main port (e.g. Aquarium etc)."

"Great location from a public transport perspect - 10 minutes to subway . While the facade is not very welcoming once in yoy are presented with a modern hotel . Great staff who were helpful and accomodating . Others have stated that parking is a challenge but we did not have any issues and found a roomy parking spot for our stn wagon. "

"Staff is amazing (especially Leo and Carlina). Hotel is beautiful. Room is large and comfortable (great bed and great shower). Breakfast was wonderful. Kitchen stays open late for late arrivals and food was delicious. 5 minute walk to the sea, so great location. Parking in Camogli can be difficult, especially on a busy weekend. A couple of garages above the hotel that are a little cheaper than the hotel parking if you can find them. "
