"What a unique hotel! We especially loved the decor of the lobby and of our room. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great. Comfortable bed. Finding a towel on a balcony chair from a former guest was somewhat of a turnoff. But we would absolutely return to this place!"

"Great staff lovely breakfast but noisy until the pub closes but really quiet after that until staff arrive at 7ish to start breakfast.Location is good only a very short walk to town centre.Parking can be a real issue no blue badge spaces nearby on street parking but very busy when we were there & had to park a few streets away.On street parking is limited to 1-2 hours between 10am-6pm Mon-Sat so a bit of an issue for us.As my husband is disabled staff did offer for us to open the courtyard gates ourselves & park in there if we were struggling but we didn't want to wake up other guests when we returned from a local wedding as they are heavy & noisy & right under the guest rooms."

"Lovely modern hotel. We were given a warm welcome, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room which was very kind and unexpected. The room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom too. The hotel had good amenities, I went to the gym and enjoyed that. All the staff I came across at reception and housekeeping were great. I would stay here again. The location was really good, right by the train station, so travelling into Cambridge was straightforward and quick. Thank you!"

"The Hyatt Centric is clearly very new and in incredibly good state, the rooms are large and clean, the area it is in is new and quiet. It is slightly out of the way from central Cambridge but the bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the new rooftop bar is a good addition."
