"Quaint little apartment that is walking distance to the national mall and near plenty of shops. It was recently renovated. The mini split HVACs kept everything very comfortable and were incredibly silent. We also had no problems with street parking on our weekend stay. It may be a little cramped for more than parents with two grade school kids. As parents with a middle schooler, the space was ok. We had to move some furniture to pull out the sofa bed."

"This was a perfect place for our needs. We were going to DC for our son’s graduation. This is very close to Gallaudet and Catholic University of America is 2 metro stops away. The Union Market is close by. Heather, the host, was flexible and responsive to what we needed. She seems to have thought of everything. It’s small details -like having a couple of metro cards to use, a wine bottle opener, coffee filters, and a Pyrex container to put in leftovers. She has a book by the TV which is very...
