Strictly no parties or events.

Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am.
Please be mindful of neighbours—this is a residential area.
🚭 Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
You may smoke outside in designated areas only.
A cleaning fee will apply if the rule is broken.
🧼 Cleanliness
Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
Extra cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess.
🐶 Pets
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
🔐 Security
Always lock the doors and windows when leaving.
Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone not on the booking.
🔧 Damages
Report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Guests may be charged for unreported damage.

Please turn off lights, heating, and appliances when not in use.
Do not tamper with fire alarms or safety equipment.
