"House was as listed. Everything we could use was there. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room all very well thought out and lacked nothing. Even outdoor toys for children! The house had not been cleaned well. The walls had visible handprints and cobwebs and there was hair on the floor in nearly all the rooms. Window sill and window in kitchen was very dirty. I believe the cleaners are at fault for this, not the owners. We loved the house. "

"The Sandpiper Cottage was spotless. The robes were a nice surprise and made it special, in fact, my sister looked them up and is going to buy one. The hot tub was perfect, and breakfast was delicious. Lisa answered my questions promptly and was a gracious hostess. "Every part of the rental process worked perfectly. The hosts were extremely responsive, the house was clean and well equipped and the location delightful. We had hoped to find a place that provided a comfortable retreat in which to destress and refresh. It turned out to be exactly that. Quiet and private yet close enough to the restaurants, shops and "attractions". We found the Mentor Lagoon to be particularly fun."
