"The only thing we were a disappointed with was the bed was low to the ground and the pillows were not very comfortable (too small)."

"Was stopped each time before entering the casino for at least 10 minutes each to be “double verified” . ID was showing up as legit but still was forced to stand to the side and wait for the manager to verify. There is a different manager every few hours so We had to wait at LEAST 15 minutes each time. Complete waste of time and aggravating."

"Great location"

"Great place for the price! Casino was fun but if you cant handle smoke I wouldnt stay there! The room was great and the view was even better! Definitely coming back to stay when I visit Louisiana again!"

"Nice place."

"Clean room easy check in check out"

"My daughter and I stayed in room 117 on 10-15-26. There was no water pressure and the water was lukewarm at best. The flooring in the room was coming apart all over the room. The AC unit made a weird noise all night long that I was unable to sleep. The constant passing of a train down the street did not help either. Only stayed there because the company I work for has a store location around the corner."

"Was a good visit, just wished they would have gotten a room on the first floor like I asked for, instead I got a room on the 3rd floor."

"We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year. Both times we have been impressed with it overall and highly recommend."

"Do not stay here unless absolutely necessary dangerous and drug ridden and was verbally assaulted by a gang banger that was is an altercation with a girl. We were there less than ten hours"

"Big casinos like Golden Nuggets is just 2-3 mins drive from this hotel. Spacious room , super clean , friendly and polite staff, tasty & fresh buffet breakfast with plenty of sitting space to enjoy with family. My family had a relaxing stay !!"

"The light in room 207 wasn't working, the sheets weren't clean or fresh and the room had an odor."
