"Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"Nice place to stay when passing through Gex, cute village too with carrefour, restos and mountain hikes walking distance. The room had everything I needed (towels, soap, tea kettle, dishes) and even pots and pans to cook if you would want to. No coffee in the room so bring your own or reserve breakfast at their café. "

"Not at all as expected from the description. We had a room which was tiny for a twin, no fridge, cooking, table or tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was semi-decaying but more spacious. Carpets looked 20 or more years old. When we arrived we were given linen and towels to make our own beds (unserviced) during stay. This is not a hotel! "When we arrived to check in we were rushed. The guy managing the place told us he had left the key to our room in the door. When we made it to our room it looked nothing like the pictures, more like a cheap cabin on a lake. It was also freezing in the room. It was like 30 degrees Fahrenheit and no heat had been turned on. "Apartment was covered in dust. Glasses covered in dirt, had to soak before use. Air con didn't work in bedroom. Asked for it to be fixed and it took 3 days for someone to come and they still couldn't fix it."
