We stayed 2 nights.The room was too small, the bed was uncomfortable, hard and noisy, it gave the impression that it was an old bed. The bathroom didn't have proper soap, it had an almost emptied bottle of cheap shampoo filled to a quarter of the bottle with something similar to hand soup inside instead. The toilet wasn't properly fixed to the ground, it was unstable, when you sit it moves to the sides. Despite we were 2 persons they only gave one big towel and one small for the hands. The toilet paper was almost finished when we arrived. And the worst thing of all: inside of your own room YOU CAN SEE PEOPLE FROM OTHER ROOMS AND THEY CAN ALSO SEE YOU! And the curtain also didn't help a lot, it was uncomfortable. I recomend selecting other hotel that will give you better service for the same (or less) price.

Eine saubere Pension im Zentrum von Bursa. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind nicht wie typische Hotelzimmer, es gibt beispielsweise keinen Kleiderschrank usw., aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Da die Wände etwas dünn sind, dringen Geräusche von draußen manchmal durch.

Le problème c’est que j’ai eu une chambre au rez de chaussée près de la réception et le staff parle au téléphone en haut parleur jusqu’à 3:00 du matin je n’arrive ps à dormir j’ai fait beaucoup de réclamation mis ils me disent on peut rien faire pour vous on travaille. Je leur ai dit beaucoup d’écho et de parasite dans la chambre j’arrive pas à dormir ils me disent on peut rien faire pour vous. Autre chose ils m’ont dit c’est souhaitable de revenir avant 2:00 du soir car on ferme la porte c’est vraiment misérable
