I had a wonderful stay at Bursa Palas Hotel in Bursa, Turkey. What made our experience especially memorable was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They were **very, very helpful**, friendly, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the area, transportation, and places around the hotel. Location Location Location is Great. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and in a convenient location for exploring Bursa. Great hotel right at the heart of Bursa city; good Turkish b/f, free parking and close to all the attractions. Walking distance to the markets, mosques and tombs. Short taxi ride to the cable car station for the ski resort.

The hotel was in a nice area. It was located in downtown, but was also near Uludag mountain. There are many activities to participate in within the area. The air conditioner worked well and the staff was kind.

Recommended for the Families

Its a good hotel with nice staff. Location is the best, Its #1 Breakfast is Normal, if it has more variety will be fine. Room is nice but missed a set for coffee and tea, also provided daily water cups was less than usual. Parking is very good and easy with a good staff helping for parking. Really nice decoration at lobby . WI-FI is very nice all over the hotel.

Bursa Palas Hotel...a good place to stay.

This hotel is right in the centre of the city: it is a 2 minute walk to the Ulu Cami and the huge covered bazaar, the other major mosques are within walking distance too. I found the reception staff to be very helpful and polite and the smorgasbord breakfast was excellent. The room I had was close to a mosque, so the early morning call to prayer was very clear if the window was open, but this is part of the delight of travelling in a Muslim country. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom small, but modern. The gym facility was good, and the onsite massage options seemed worthwhile. The wifi was fine. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and in this very interesting city
