"Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has an elevator which makes moving luggage easy. The area is close to the West Park train station so it was easy to get to different areas of Dublin. We stayed at the hotel twice over a two week period. The second stay was at the end of our trip and our room was overly warm even though it was mid teens outside. We had to leave the window open all night to cool off and the traffic noise woke us up several times. Parking was included in their back lot...
"Overall, it is a nice hotel but we had some challenges with the amenities. It offered A/C which was a rare treat, but it only worked in one of the two rooms. We were excited to see ice machines, but couldn’t find one that worked. The tvs only got 7 channels and we had to call the office to get the room next to us to quiet down after being repeatedly woken up. The food and and drink at the restaurant were good and the place was clean and people friendly, but we were disappointed."
