"Thank you! Beautiful estate and grounds. The Granary is lovely. This was an overnight stay and we arrived late in the day, so did not explore. I do wish the initial instructions included the need to clean before we left and we would have budgeted more time for that. "

"We only stayed for a night and the cottage was good for us. There are lovely grounds and it is very peaceful and private. Everything was provided that we required for a short stay. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. "

"It started by being difficult to get a reply from the owner while booking. On arrival,we were not expected. The owner did arrive, apologised for the mix up and made an effort to clean it, but we just wanted to relax after a 4 hour drive on Christmas Eve. He perhaps didn't have enough time to clean properly because every area was dirty from floors, to shower to kitchen items and the fridge had expired food in it. It also felt uncomfortable with personal items: medications in fridge and legal...

"Simple, functional space in a quiet reserved farming area. The cottage had everything we needed, and it was just a short drive to Rangiora. David brought us fresh-baked bread, which was fantastic. We ran into some unexpected health issues and David was extraordinarily kind and helpful."

"Would have liked to be supplied with top up tea/coffee etc. Very compact as the name suggested as a tiny home. The grass slop to walk down to the tiny home did not have lighting down it and was dangerous as it was wet. The steps up to the tiny home had a fountain covering half the step, we found this dangerous, and had no lighting to safely nagavate to the tiny home. We had brought a little torch otherwise was could not have got into the tiny home safely. "
