"We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather."

"We rented this property to attend a 40th birthday celebration in Franklin. Although we weren’t able to use the nice backyard area, the inside was roomy with a large gathering room/kitchen/dining area. Will consider this property again if we come back to Franklin."

The property owners were excellent and very responsive to any questions we had and they made themselves easily available if we needed anything. Everything was a short Uber ride away and we were very central to many things. Would definitely stay again for a visit to Nashville!"

"This is a beautiful little home outside Nashville. Great place to get to stay out in the country. So quiet and very roomy for a small family gathering. Plenty of room and very quiet location. Short drive to small town of Franklin. Loved the large rooms and all the amenities for a great stay. Will definitely book again for my next stay near Nashville."

"This home was a home away from home. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Andrea was available for any questions we had and made sure we were stocked up for the outdoor fun as well! I would 100% recommend this place to all my friends and family!! My family and I loved the rustic look of the inside of them home and the stone finishes, as well as the historic picture showing that the home was previously a church!!"

"Every thing was as presented. many interesting details and decora. Great country feeling We used the firepit and amble supply of fire wood on hand. Barbecued 1 evening using the supplied grill. Draw backs; bq grill barely cooked. dirty burners? Master bathroom needs much better lighting at the sink. Only 1 tv of 3 was used. Never could get Wi fi to work. Howver bedroom tv worked. But a great atmosphere overall."

She's very particular about how well a rental or hotel room has been cleaned when we stay somewhere and she was very impressed with this home. The home was exactly as it was described. "It’s true that you could walk to downtown but it is not a short walk about 30 minutes. But that is minor compared to what a lovely quiet place it was to stay."

"Perfect for our needs, giving us several living areas so we never felt crowded. Every bedroom had an attached bathroom, so that was really nice. Clean, peaceful and quiet with country vibe. Ashland City was nice too, we loved Riverview restaurant with a view of the lake. Definitely on our list for future visits."

"The house was incredibly nice! The pictures dont do it justice. Location is secluded and relaxing, with the porch rocking chairs making it very easy to sit back and enjoy outside. Anything you needed was there and easily accessible. Even the things the owners can't control were awesome! Had multiple deer outside, a bear sighting down the road, turkeys surveying the fence line. If we come back to TN we will definitely be staying here again!"

"The host was really great and accommodating! The location was in a gated area- just make sure to ask the host for gate code. Newer townhouse, in a somewhat gentrified area. The set up of the house was a bit of a surprise, mostly that the two bunk beds were in a hallway right at the top of stairs. There were only two showers for what is says (up to 10 guests) to share, that caused some delay for us in getting everyone taken care of. The supplies, toiletries did not last. We had to go purchase...

"This property is gated in an old quiet neighborhood. Blue moon restaurant is a short walk away on a marina with great food. There is a minimart that looks sketchy on the outside but is safe and friendly. Other conveniences are a little over a mile away. Easy to get down town. Quiet neighborhood other than an occasional truck passing to the quarry down the road. The place was clean and very homey.Had a great time."
