Great little spot to stay in burns. Clean, comfy, well priced rooms. Rooms near street can be noisy, but otherwise, terrific! Make sure you check out the Pine Room for lunch or dinner, RJ’s for delicious breakfast or Glory Days for some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten (their salad bar is epic too)

The place is old, but clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The town has quail everywhere, in the parking lots, on the sidewalks and in the parks.

Had 2 great nights at the silver spur. I love staying at updated motels and this was very thoughtfully fixed up! comfy bed! (i’m particular and have a bad back, and this one was solid!) very clean, rainfall overhead shower??? amazing. also beauuuutiful antique looking wood furniture. very charming! will certainly be back

The property had seen some hard use, but was in the process of being renovated by a new owner. It was about the only option in town in our price range, so we were fine with the tired room. It was clean anyway.

Keep in mind the hotel is being renovated so it might not look great on the outside but rooms were clean and was not dirty. AC worked and the bathrooms were clean.

The exterior of this motel does not look good, but the room that we stayed in was newly renovated and beautiful. Slept great, good ac, new appliances— in short great stay. Highly recommend!

The motel is being renovated so the outside looks very rough! I have stayed here twice and both rooms were remodeled and excellent. Its location in town is convenient and within a short walking distance to a park where we were able to walk our dogs. The staff is very friendly as well! Not many frills, but we weren’t there for that purpose. We would absolutely stay at the Silver Spur again!

The room was sweet and newly remodeled. Clean. The manager was helpful and friendly. The property is in the process of being remodeled, so when I pulled up, I hesitated. It looked dilapidated, but I had read reviews and knew people liked it. The manager explained the remodeling. I felt safe there, which is important as a woman traveling alone. I would return if in the area again. I'd give it 4 stars. (I reserve 5 stars for the absolute top of the line.)

Great location and these owners are working hard to create a comfy stay for you! While the exterior still looks rough, the new interior of the rooms are cute, clean and homey. I appreciated the firm bed and freshly tiled shower. AC unit is a little loud but blew cold all night long after a scorching 95 degree day! Very reasonable price and super friendly staff.

Our stay was great. We had a late arrival and the staff was friendly and helpful. The motel is under new management/owners and are in the process of making updates. Our room was clean and updated. We will definitely stay again on our way through Burns Oregon.
