"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, apartment was dirty, bugs in bed, bathroom fan full of dirt, mold in bathroom and bedroom, washing machine had slime in it. We moved to another hotel . The property manager refused to refund. DISGUSTING PLACE."

"Loved our stay at Seaside Cottage! Everything was clean & tidy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need even down to lap trays so you can eat in the lounge! The little ambient lights was also another lovely touch! Thank you too for the extra treats! Very nice!"

"Fabulous home very well decorated and i especially like the fact it is carpeted as so many Holiday stays are to cold feeling with no carpet in most rooms . Lovely clean and spacious My only negative comment would be that the Mattress in the main bedroom has really seen better days pans is way to soft which has caused back ache Location is spot on a shame you can’t use te garden behind as dogs needed to go out every morning and night on to Green"

"The apartment is ideally located but decoration and number of items in the apartment make it feel cluttered and out of date. There was no TV signal and the fridge was set at a level at which everything in it froze. Add to that, this was the first time we've ever stayed in accommodation without WiFi or towels being provided - both points which could have been clearer in the listing and should have been reflected in the nightly price."

"We stayed with daughter, son in law and granddaughter and it was perfect. We all had our own bathroom and plenty of room in the lounge area. 20 mins walk into village and fantastic farm shop. We went on the light railway from the village to Wells by Sea and back and granddaughter was so excited. We had a lovely chillout family week and can recommendthis cottage.."

"The hallway stinks and comes into your room. No running hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink. Heating is on a timer unable to adjust so freezing. Stains all over the blinds. Sofa bed wasn’t mate up. Views of a brick wall out your window. Save your money book elsewhere."

"Everything was absolutely spot on, what a lovely house . Everything was made easy for us from start to finish, we cooked a couple of nights and ell the equipment was there, so much attention to detail. "Sarah's is a beautiful places to stay, right in the centre of Holt. The host, Sarah, is extremely helpful and was happy to answer our questions before our holiday and during it. There is no private parking but Sarah has a list of places to park and we were able to find somewhere nearby whenever we needed to."

"The cottage was amazing, very clean, beautifully decorated and all the facilities and comfort for a home from home. "As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. "Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy.
