THE HOME

This home’s open concept living area and kitchen, which flow into the formal dining area, pool table, and bedrooms, is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on the large sectional sofa to watch your favorite movie on the 65" flat-screen TV or read a good book. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances. 



A small breakfast table offers seating for 6 just off of the kitchen and 4 barstools are placed around the kitchen island. A small guest bathroom is located behind the breakfast table.



The formal dining table offers seating for up to 10 guests. Just past the dining area is the pool table and laundry room.



THE BACKYARD OASIS



The covered patio provides a stunning view of the sparkling swimming pool and Lake LBJ. Fans provide a cool breeze in the Texas summer! A propane BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table with seating for up to 10 invite you to eat like a local and enjoy the view.



Just past the pool, stairs lead down to backyard’s second level containing the fire pit and bag toss.



Down another flight of stairs, you’ll access the two-story boat dock* which features a slip, a level with sun loungers, and a platform on the second level which houses a small table and chairs for 6.



*The boat slip is available for use but please bring your own bumpers as there is no lift.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS



1) While this home accommodates up to 18 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $50 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 18 total guests) to confirm your booking.



2) We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as an event venue and is located in a quiet residential part of Lake LBJ. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.



3) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).



4) No loud music is permitted outdoors throughout your stay. 



5) Pets are allowed at this property only with prior approval and with payment of our Pet Fee ($150 per pet, up to 2 pets).
