Double living room, fireplace, piano, dining room w expandable table for 10, kitchen w attached breakfast room, glass doors to deck, two bedrooms, king in one w. en suite bath, walk in closet, second queen sofa bed extra thick mattress topping, bathroom/tub next door, queen sofa bed in living room. Laundry downstairs shared with two people. 15 min.walk, 5 min bike to UVM, Champlain College campuses, 10 min. to waterfront bikepath for biking or x-country skiing, 5 min. golf club x-c skiing, 15 min. walk, 5 min drive downtown, 8 min drive to hospital, 15 min drive to airport. Dogs, cats negotiable.
