Beautiful peaceful Browns Lake, private lakefront with a private dock for your boat.

Perfect for family gatherings, golf weekends, concerts at Alpine Valley and more.

Has 6 beds and 3 and half baths, with plenty of open space for air mattresses on the second level.

Huge deck perfect for family groups with grill 6 seater dining round table with fire pit and outdoor seating area.

This is not a party house. If your throw a party you will be asked to leave.

Voices and noise carry over the water at night, please no loud music after sundown;

Please be respectful of our home and neighbors. They are really nice.
