"Excellent location in Center City. Check in is strange--enter the building, take an elevator to second floor for the reception. Room was very clean, but bathroom with shower was very small. Wonderfully thick and absorbent towels! Coffee maker in room and at reception but no food, no restaurant or coffee shop,expensive snacks in minibar. Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit of classic style--originally an early 20th century office building remade into a hotel twenty years ago. Air conditioning, heating, and Wi-fi were faultless."

"The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location. No 5star for me due to guest services. When calling guest services - around 2pm - we asked for a cot for a teenager. I also asked for two additional pillows for back support for my own bed. Someone came up to deliver right away and brought a pak n play. Ok , a mistake. We told the man to please bring an adult cot and pillows to our room while we were out. He stated ,” I’ll be right back”. I thanked him and gave him $20 tip. By 6pm we had no cot. We had to call guest services again. Finally got a cot but no extra pillows. No attention to detail. Rooms beautiful with huge bathroom. Double Beds (no queens) very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on box spring."

"It’s a nice hotel conveniently located adjacent to the Convention Center. I’d stay there again. My main quibble, as it is with so many hotels, is that the AC is obnoxiously loud when it kicks in. It will wake you up at night. Why can’t hotels figure out quiet HVAC systems?"

"He came to Philly for a concert and to visit a few sites. The hotel location was perfect for us. The staff member who helped me during the check in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable!"

"The room was clean and very comfortable. The corner city view couldn't be beat. There was a really wide selection to choose from at the complimentary breakfast. Other than valet, I'm not sure where you would park though."
