"The room had lots of items missing, including the microwave, shampoo, body wash, cutlery, glasses, plates and we were only given one bath towel for two people. We raised this with the reception who said we would have to wait till the next day. We went down the next day and they said we won’t get the microwave and they had no other towels, and to go back the next day. We went back again no towels. No assistance was provided by them at all. "Very disappointed at the maintenance of the hotel. We paid around 275Eur for a 1-night stay. The bathroom was really poorly maintained; the shower was a handheld shower that was really hard to turn on as it was soooo old and had floppy controls, the taps were detached from the wall and would move a lot every time you use them so much so that we thought they would fall off. The bath was thin plastic that popped as you walk on it (to take a shower). The sink was not draining. The mattress was...

"Good hotel but I wouldn't say it's worth such a high rating. The main door has no seal so you can hear everything on the corridor but also at night the light on the corridor turn in when someone is passing and instantly lights the hotel room too because of the spacing around the door. Breakfast was ok but repetitive since it's not buffet. Bathroom also not sealed so all the steam goes in the room. Staff was helpful with things when asked."
