"The property was flooded by the river in December. They are remaking all the gardens. The front desk people are terrible. They dont have information and are the opposite of a client service. The food is wonderful. It is an eco-hotel without running water in the toilets but that is part of the philosophy. Tryed to pay with the credit card online so I did not have to pay a surcharge, but the front desk had not updated the system so it could not be done and had to pay a surcharge."

The attention and hospitality of the entire team was 10/10. The cabins and the views are incredible. It has a swimming pool. And if the next day you want to go to the beach you can do it. And if the next time you want to go to the river or trekking you can do it. They even give you free insect repellent so you don't have...
