"Excellent property. Would easily consider 5 star. Not sure why rated 4 star as you feel like you are in a 5 star resort. Expansive front lobby. Good size room. Parking right underneath the property. Nice outdoor sitting area under the shade near pool area. Nice bar and coffee shop. Would definitely come back, if opportunity comes to revisit beautiful town of Seville! "

"- No far from city center and onyl 10-15 mins from the plaza which was great. Easy to get to from airport using airport shuttle. - Staff very helpful, even for unrelated things such as I needed a tape measure for clothing measurements and they did their best to help - Room was overall very big and spacious. Our initial room has lots of ants!! So we were upgraded to a family style room which 3 beds which was very big. - The sauna room was broken but the jacuzzi was nice and I used this a couple times during my stay - the gym was small but functional. Not big enough for lots of people to train on the floor. the hotel felt very nice and grand and spacious overall -Ate at the restaurant once but the breakfast was fresh and lovely "

"Nice hotel in a good area, with really friendly staff. The rooftop pool area is really lovely, with a nice, well priced bar. The bar food was good. The gym wasn't as good as we expected, because 2 of the machines did not work. The breakfast was OK, but lacking in variety. "

"This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The architecture, colors, decor- everything just so unique. The rooms were nice and roomy. The shower/tub could have used an upgrade but that’s minimal. The location is perfect, we could walk to restaurants and the shopping was only 15-20 min away. My teenage boys (19 & 15) were in love with the hotel. Said it was one of the most unique hotels they’ve ever stayed in. We did get lost a few times getting to our rooms because it’s quite a hike. But we didn’t mind, it allowed us to get some exercise. I would definitely stay here again, the valet parking was a plus! "
