"Horrible place wouldn’t let a dog sleep there dirty dirty dirty place cold no hot water broken blinds carpet was filthy and sticky smelt really bad of smoke and B O the back stairs to the apartment were unsafe and the door had been broken in the past and a botch repair so we didn’t stay as we didn’t feel safe no heating the shower was cold also we found a very nice place not far from there would not be recommending this to anybody the place needs shutting down not what the pictures on yr web...

"The only thing that there was no parking outside the property we had to park in the street behind the ship inn pub for the 4 day stay so we didnt get ticketed. But besides that overall pleasant enough and only 10 min walk into the town at the top end near the seal sanctuary. "

"This was a super unique stay and was really pleased with the easy safe parking and the supplied toilet and kitchen block for the property. Could use some labels on the plug sockets but that could just be my OCD ways. Really unique and fairly priced stay, im sure we will be back again maybe to try another part of the site. "This caravan is so lush!!! Clean, tidy, neat and spacious!!! The veranda is an absolute sun trap ALL day!!!! And I mean all day!!! Very well located and easy to find on the site. The owner Carl communicates quickly. Defo booking again!! Bonus that you can book a few days rather than the usual caravans that you have to book in week blocks. Winner for me and my solo trips"

"Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
