The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. "I stopped by Dueren on my way to see a friend in the area and needed a place to stay. The hotel was near the train station and the right place. It is a traditional German hotel that has been updated. The breakfast was definitely worth the price. Definitely on my places to stay if I find myself back here. "

"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. There is no personality at the place except the cleaning persons. The place itself is really wonderfully and room...
