"Due to the holiday season, reception closed at 15:00 hours, so check in was thru an envelope. Rooms are very spacious, bed and showers are good, but it is an ancient structure and building, so donât expect modern rooms or furniture. Staff when available was very helpful. Great to walk around the area. "

"The room is cozy but small, very convenient location with shops, grocery stores, transportation and main attractions. Guest cards are excellent so you can save some money moving around town. Anicca is such an amazing host. There is a kitchen that can be used in the main lobby with coffee machine, tea, and microwave. Terrace has an amazing view from the city. Online check-in was easy and convenient and hotel keys were on the app for easy access to the facility. I would recommend this hotel. "
