"Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Émilie dans cette charmante commune d'Asté. Le logement est conforme à sa description. On y est au calme et c'était un plaisir d'y passer ces quelques jours. Les activités autour d'Asté sont nombreuses. Nous avons pu profiter : - des grottes de Medous. - de balades autour du Tourmalet et du Chiroulet. Vraiment un super séjour ! Merci."

"Overlooking (arguably) one of the most beautiful valleys in the French Pyrenees, this was a great place for our holiday with three generations of extended family. The late summer weather was exceedingly good, the wildlife numerous and for the most part obliging, and there was a magnificent swimming lake forty minutes away. "Stayed 4 nights at Saint Sever des Pyrenees and had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Kirsten, Anthony and Scoobie the dog are great hosts - very welcoming, easy going and knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. Located on the edge of a small attractive village surrounded by a beautiful landscape, views to the Pyrenees from your bedroom window, it really is a special spot. There is also a train station a short drive away for exploring the stunning city of Toulouse. Really is a relaxing...

"The property, the views and the host were simply superb. It's the perfect location for just sitting and staring out over the valley below to the Pic du Midi de Bigorre in the distance OR as a base camp for great bike rides, hikes and marché hopping. The only warning, applicable mainly to US visitors, is that you are expected to bring your own bed sheets and towels. Highly recommend; we hope to return soon!"

"Nous avons loué ce gite en famille car nous avions un mariage pas loin. L'accueil avec les propriétaire fut excellent. J'avais beaucoup de questions et Madame Carmouze s'est rendue entièrement disponible pour répondre à mes questions en amont ; elle nous a même trouvé une dame pour garder notre fils ! La maison est très spacieuse pour une grande famille ; c'est idéal. Nous avons tous très bien dormi (les volets sont bien occultant et la maison reste fraiche). Un grand merci pour votre accueil !"

"This is such a lovely hotel! The rooms are delightful - spacious, clean, well appointed with a luxurious and comfortable bed. The view over to the Basilicas and town is stunning. The staff were a joy to deal with, super friendly and helpful. We wish we had booked additional nights. Highly recommended!"
