"Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...

There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "General stay was good, hotel was nice and clean. However access was a pain due to the dedicated app they use to access the property. I never initially received the email for activating and nor did anothe couple. Which led to a bit of a wait. Stay lets quickly remedied this however."

"The listing advertised a hot tub, sadly there wasn’t one, which was most disappointing. One of the bedroom doors could not be closed due to the bed frame, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the grass needs cutting. This could be a fantastic apartment if these issues were addressed. Sadly we cut our stay short by leaving a day earlier. The communication with the host and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent."

"The property was excellent. Bed very comfy. Everywhere clean. I had to be careful on the stairs down to the flat but then I'm over 80. Only real snag was an occasional difficulty in getting a parking spot adjacent to the flat. Daytime they may be used by people going into work in the town."
