Located in Buren, this villa is perfect for a fantastic vacation on an island. Through the dune path you can easily reach the sea after a walk of only 800 m.

Hollum is great to visit and admire the monumental buildings and nostalgic streets. You can try climbing the lighthouse and enjoy the breathtaking view. Heerlijk weekje genoten van huisje Rixt op Ameland! :) Het huisje heeft ten opzichte van de foto's meerdere upgrades gehad, een positieve verrassing bij aankomst!

prima huis en goed verwarmd. erg modern opgeknapt. Jammer was dat de vuilnis voor de deur stond bij aankomst en dat er onder het meubel in de badkamer nog installatieboekjes ed op de grond lagen. Wc boven was niet helemaal schoon, dat kan beter. Laadpaal voor de auto zo nog een + zijn nu moet je even een kwartiertje lopen naar de openbare laadpaal.

Kurzer Weg bis zum Nordstrand, ruhige Lage und ein Haus mit allen wichtigen Dingen – es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Lediglich Wischlappen, Trockentücher und Seife haben wir vermisst und mussten nachgekauft werden. Insgesamt aber alles sehr unkompliziert.

Für uns war das Haus perfekt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alle Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden. Ruhige Lage in den Dünen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super.

We hebben heel erg genoten van het huis en de omgeving. De locatie is geweldig, binnen 5 min sta je op het strand! Op loopafstand een leuke strandtent en een restaurant om lekker in de zon op het terras te zitten. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, alleen het nespresso apparaatje is wellicht aan vervanging toe, verder geen aanmerkingen! We hebben genoten!

Huis ligt op een prachtige plek, dicht bij het strand en bos. Binnen kan er nog wel wat verbeterd worden. (likje verf hier en daar) Jammer dat de wasmachine niet sluit.

super mooi huisje, inboedel is ook prima. bij aankomst was alles netjes en schoon. 1 tip de zweefparasol buiten staat vol gestapeld met stenen zodat hij niet omwaait. misschien kunnen jullie deze in de grond graven dan heb je niet al die stenen erom heen liggen. en hij is vrij laag. volwassen mensen moeten constant bukken om er onder te zitten of eronder willen komen. voor de rest is alles top !!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Villa wirklich genossen, Es war sauber und komfortabel, und der Grundriss war ideal für unsere Gruppe, In der Nähe des Strandes von Buren und von der Natur umgeben, bot es eine friedliche Auszeit, Wir verließen uns erfrischt und glücklich mit unserer Wahl!

Prima huis. Goed verzorgd en zeer schoon. Alles aanwezig Mooie plek in de duinen dicht bij alle voorzieningen Maar 5-8 december is geen goede periode. Alles dicht op het hele eiland. Winkels, restaurants, strandtenten. De Amelanders vieren dan Sunneklaas.

Mooi gelegen vakantiehuis. Het wordt beetje bij beetje vernieuwd. Bij ons was er een probleem met de elektriciteit en dat was wel vervelend. We hebben dit gemeld en hopelijk is het voor de volgende gasten opgelost. Verder kan je hier heerlijk tot rust komen. Een fietstocht maken is zeker een aanrader.

Leider schlecht gepflegt und eine Minderwertige Ausstattung, alte Gartenmöbel unvollständiges Besteck schmutziger Toaster abgenutzte Kaffeemaschine Bad mit deutlichen Benutzungsspuren vom Vormieter! Schade, das Haus hat durchaus Charme und verdient eine bessere Pflege!

Das ist ein sehr gemütliches, geräumiges Haus für Familie mit mehreren Kindern (Kinderbetten) oder/ und Großeltern, so wie wir es waren. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, man findet alles, was man so braucht.... sehr persönlich gehalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Die Lage ist einmalig schön auf einer Anhöhe in den Dünen und nahe beim Strand.

Heb voor de tweede keer huis rixt geboekt en het is een fijn huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien . De rust is echt geweldig aan de rand van het bos, de konijntjes huppelenen gewoon om het huis en heb je geluk dan spot je ook een ree in de tuin . Kortom ik sluit niet uit dat dit mijn laatste boeking is van huis rixt zo,n geweldige tijd hebben we daar gehad .

Prettig familiehuis waar alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn voor in ieder geval 6 personen. Keuken is ook prima uitgerust mits je het simpel wilt houden. Alles is inderdaad wat gedateerd, maar dat heeft ook z'n charme. Het was keurig schoongemaakt voor aankomst. Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf gehad.

Mooi huis op een hele mooie plek vlakbij het strand. Het huis is al op leeftijd maar alles werkt naar behoren. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Lekker veel licht in het huis en ruime slaapgelegenheid. We hebben gezocht naar het tafelblad van de buitentafel maar konden die niet vinden. Heerlijk rustig, je hoort alleen de vogels en de zee.

Een heerlijk familiehuis, alles aanwezig, gewoon een heel knus huis waar je je direct thuis voelt. Prachtige plek boven op een duin, vlakbij het strand. Wij zijn hier nu voor de tweede keer en komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Het aardewerk waar de eigenaren al generaties mee gedaan hebben en de banken waar je op het hout zit, behoren tot de charmes van een zomerhuisje. Maar een slaapkamer waar geen raam open kan en die recent met oplosmiddelrijke verf is geschilderd zodat je het gevoel hebt in een werkplaats te slapen, kan ik niemand aanbevelen.

Het huis was wel wat gedateerd, maar wel heel ruim voor 7 volwassenen ven 2 kind. Fijn terras en ruime keuken. Door het mooie weer voornamelijk buiten geweest.
