"Gary’s place was just what the doctor ordered. Cozy and clean, well-stocked, and secure. Gary’s communication was fantastic - he gave a heads-up on the sneaky railroad underpass to get to the house (which was totally fine for my sedan), and checked in at the beginning and ending of my stay. Very dog friendly! My pup absolutely loved the backyard and dock, and at 11 years old, she had her first experience with using a doggie door. "The (3-6 person) yurt experience is truly wonderful. The yurt itself has an herb garden and 2 koi ponds onsite. Michelle is a gracious and kind hostess who ensured we were well taken care of. The yurt itself is very clean and comfortable and even comes with fresh local coffee! Based on the season, you may need insect (tick) repellent if you plan to traipse through the wildflower fields and woods nearby. We would love to stay here again and hope to do so in the near future."

"The octagon is a perfect place to stay to explore the entire Ithaca area. I hiked every day, went kayaking on Seneca Lake, and ate in downtown Ithaca every night. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed the clawfoot tub after my hikes too!"
