"Well-appointed and immaculate home with views from everywhere centrally located on Lake Cayuga. Enjoyed preparing meals in well-equipped kitchen and savouring morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on sun porch. Had the privilege of bringing our two Portuguese water dogs who settled in quickly and enjoyed the home as much as us!!!! The owner Joyce checked in by text immediately on our arrival to ensure everything perfect. Would definitely return."

"It was a great place to stay and easy to get to many of the state parks. It was clean and bright. While we were there the host had 6 piglets on the property. The kids loved seeing them. Also, they brought us fresh baked cookies shortly after arrival. So kind!"

"The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day."

Not only that historic house is greatly upgraded, but its location close to Seneca lake and animals farm makes it unique for vacation, or work out of the office. Incredible setting, lovely gardens, sweeping vineyard vistas and what?…you can walk to the neighboring Aurora Brewery (amazing pizza & suds) and the Long Point Winery! "We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. We were unable to utilize highlighted amenities in the description such as pool, fire pit and hot tub with our families during our stay. One of our...
