"The property was really well located beside the railway station, walking distance from all parts of the city centre. The place looked newly renovated, room was perfect with an immaculate bathroom. Finished to a good standard. I had a car, parking is in the railway station or free nearby, if you get there early enough! It has air con too but not needed when I stayed there. "

"This place cannot be beaten for location. The train station and the Piazzi Matteotti where you get most buses, including a few that take you to the beach, are within two minutes walk. Despite having to walk up many steps to get to your room, the airconditioning in the room more than makes up for it! The only negative thing is that we felt a bit cheated because we DID not get the free gift or the slippers as were advertised and WORST of all there was also NO coffee/tea maker as advertised in...

Rooms are falling apart- resort is too big to manage by the staff they have at hand. the most difficult part is that they take away your car at the entrance and then you have to rely on a shuttle bus that runs only one in 30 minutes to get to you car or any other place in the resort - such as the beach; parking; food options; animal area."

"Lovely spacious apartment on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to the train and bus station. Also only a few minutes walk to the busy bar and restaurants area of Cagliari. There's a supermarket just around the corner also. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Very stylish and clean apartment. There's no reception and need internet access to get in the place. Admin can be contacted at any time by ph and email with quick response. "

"Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. Never experienced anything like that. For the 6 days of stay apartment wasn't cleaned even once and you have to take care of your rubbish!!! No sofa in the room you can only seat at the wonky chair or lay down on your bed. Wi-fi was almost non existing. Only in communal areas and that wasn't working...

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
