"Pro’s -Location was excellent, very close to everything -Check was very easy as was check out -Very cozy and cute place -Nicely decorated -Beds very comfortable -Appreciated the bottle of water , cookies, and coffee -Communication with owner was great and very helpful Con’s -Must take cab ride from train station, not able to walk this with luggage -Bathroom very small, so if you are a bigger person it might be hard to maneuver around. Overall we really loved this place and would stay here...

"Great stay at this lovely country apartment 10 minutes away from Siena. The apartment is in a restored farm house and was spacious for us, near a restaurants, grocery, and highway. Unfortunately, the weather was very cool so could not use their lovely patio. Siena was beautiful but better to visit early morning as it gets crowded. We used St. Katherine parking garage a perfect location. I highly recommend this country home for your next trip"

"We booked a room but did not know that there was a generator near our room and was loud. The staff upgraded us to an apartment after a couple of nights. Just a tip, book an apartment if you are thinking of staying here. Breakfast was ok since there’s no shops anywhere near this place. If you can rent a car, better but I think taxis go here. Water pressure was good as well as the wifi. If you miss fast food after eating pasta 3x a day, there’s fast food choices 15 mins away ie Burger King and...

Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. A restaurant Giorgi recommended. We look forward to our next stay in Montepulciano and will definitely stay in Giorgio's home again as well!"

"The location is great, you have beautiful Tuscan view in front of yard. The room and bathroom are large, clean and modern with full kitchen. Good choice of breakfast, restaurant onsite is good for dinner. Free parking is good for travel by car."
