"This hotel is in an old building. I’ve stayed in many old building hotels, but this one was just badly maintained. The bathroom looked institutional, the rooms had broken fixtures, and they told us not to use the AC. I think they paid more attention to the lobby than any other area. Would not recommend staying here."

"The location is really amazing！You can easily walk to HB station in like 7-8 mins. The hotel provides hot water, hot coffee and cool water for free at lobby for usage. The staff is helpful on accommodating room arrangement as we are a family that booked 2 rooms and they do serve at our best interest to arrange our room on same floor and close to each other What is improvement needed is 1) Poor room air circulation - there is no AC, no ventilation so it is an induction system in the room. You can imagine it can be hot, especially in summer (while I am lucky as we visit at not too hot season). May be because of this, there are smell in the bathroom 2) Bug issue - There are many bugs found inside the room which is not pleasant at all (and it is not because we open windows as we do not open ...)"

"A basic hotel, in many ways more like a hostel. Our room was furnished with 3 single beds which were comfortable. We had an ensuite toilet and shower, though there was no hot water on our final morning. No clothes storage, just a couple of hangers on pegs. Breakfast was an adequate buffet to with ham, salami, turkey, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, fruit salad, boiled eggs. Bread for slicing and a toaster, fruit juices (from concentrates or powders) and coffee machines. There was a water boiler on the reception area for guests to make their own hot drinks (with their own coffee or tea bags and milk)"

"Very kind and friendly staff, I was offered a room upgrade because there was vacancy and the receptionist noticed I was tall and would not fit well in a single bed. It is a beautiful building, in a great location, that is well kept. The area is generally quiet for being close to the center of the city. Many restaurants and food nearby. Great experience, thank you! "

"With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. I would especially like to thank Noraly and Nadim for going above and beyond to help my teammates resolve their issues."
