"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house and garden were lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub, especially on some of the cooler days. The area is beautiful and incredibly green and lush compared with the coast. Vedran was very helpful with suggestions as to what to do in the area - we thoroughly enjoyed our canoe trip and a visit to the bear sanctuary. Plitvice Lakes were stunning but very busy. I would recommend this house to anyone who enjoys being away from the crowds."

"A delightful stay in a property surrounded by Alpine meadows with lots of birds, butterflies and wild flowers. The house was perfect as a base to explore the Lake District and my wife fell in love with the swing seat. Very close to the park entrance and with a decent sized supermarket nearby. "

"Lovely little cottage for a family to stay at whilst visiting the lakes. All aspects of the stay were excellent. We found it a little tricky to find the cottage on arrival but the host was very helpful to help us find it. The host provided some good suggestions to help us explore the local area."

"Spacious country house. Great facilities including strong A/C, fridge, hob, oven and washing machine. But, please prepare your own washing detergent, shower toiletries. No shops nearby and be prepared for long walks for meals if you are not driving. Overall a nice stay."
