"We stay at the Clarendon on a regular basis whilst visiting family in London. The staff are always friendly and professional, the rooms are fairly basic but always clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable, which makes for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice, freshly cooked, and the staff are so hardworking and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent location, and good transport links close by."

"Check in was great, the staff were so helpful. You can check in remotely (from your phone) or with the front of house staff. For check out, you can use the self check out machines, or with the staff. The rooms are immaculate, and have everything you could want. The beds are super comfy, the location is perfect for the O2 (or elsewhere in Canary Wharf/North Greenwich). My only complaint is that I wish I could have stayed longer! If you're on the fence about booking this hotel... book it. You won't be disappointed."

"It was in such a great location and, for the price, we thought it was exceptional value. Everything was lovely, spacious and really quiet. The only small negative was that there wasn’t any bottled water available in the mini market in reception. After a long day of walking, we didn’t have the energy to go up to the 12th floor to get water, so we ended up boiling some in the room instead. Other than that, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend it."
